Sellraz Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, fragrances must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened, sprayed, or used fragrances cannot be returned or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

Customers should contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
